Building Inspectors

• Building - Mark Fleet 897-5671 ext 0 and he will get his messages on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when the office is open. He conducts inspections evenings and weekends.

  When calling for inspections, Mark asked for us to gather the following information:
  * Project address
  * Phone number where you can be reached and at what time
  * Type of inspection needed
  * If the inspection is to be conducted in a habited home, the best time to come when an adult will be present.

Planning & Zoning Information

The Zoning Administrator's role includes interpreting and enforcement of the zoning ordinance and is the liaison person coordinating applications and zoning ordinance amendments with the Planning Commission, Planner, Engineer, Attorney, Zoning Board of Appeals and Township Board.  The Zoning Administrator issues sign, home occupation and agriculture buildings zoning permits and approves site plans for building permit applications for the building department.
